Who provides TradeLog
TradeLog is provided by Taner Pehlivanlar, an individual entrepreneur based in Turkey. You can reach us at support@gotradelog.com or through the Contact page.
The service
TradeLog is a trading journal for logging your trades and reviewing your results. You need an account, created with your email address, to use it. You can use the free plan with no time limit.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account or with an email and password. Keeping your password and email account secure is your responsibility. Don't share your account. You can delete it any time from Settings → Profile.
Not investment advice
Statistics, the TradeLog score and insights are calculated from the data you enter. They are not trading recommendations. Your trading decisions and their results are your own.
Prop firm rules
The daily loss, max loss and profit target meters use the percentages you enter and your closed trades. They do not replace your firm's official calculation; check your firm's dashboard for exact figures.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. We take reasonable measures to protect it. As we don't guarantee server-side restores, we recommend making your own backup from Settings → Data from time to time. We cannot recover data you delete.
Availability
TradeLog is provided as is. We work to fix bugs but cannot guarantee the service will run without interruptions or errors.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break the service, access other people's data or misuse it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and prices
The free plan has no time limit and requires no payment details. Pro is a paid subscription: $19 per month or $159 per year. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown in the Pricing section of the home page. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your country.
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your order, invoice, tax calculation and payment details are processed by them; your card details never reach us.
Free trial
You can try Pro for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends you are not charged automatically; your account moves to the free plan.
Renewal and cancellation
A Pro subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the billing period you chose, until you cancel, and is charged to the same payment method. You can cancel any time from Settings in the app or from the link in your payment receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Price changes
If we change the price of Pro, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice; if you don't want it, you can cancel before then.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. See the Refund policy for details.
When Pro ends
If your subscription ends, your account moves to the free plan and your data stays. Automatic sync for connected MT4/MT5 accounts stops; if you renew within 7 days the connection continues where it left off, after that you need to connect the account again.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We announce important changes on the site or by email before they take effect.
